The data collected in our forms will be used to manage the correct registration and management of the participants of the event, distinguishing between those who only attend the event as interested in it (with no previous link to the Responsible) and those who have an interest in our company (for example, as clients or interested in our services, regardless of the content of the We Love Learning event).

Likewise, if they so authorise, we will send commercial communications and newsletters about our services, unrelated to the content of the event.

What basis of legitimacy do we use?

For the management of registration and attendance at the event, the basis of legitimacy will be the fulfilment of the order or contract for the provision of services.

However, for any other of the purposes listed above, the basis of legitimacy will be the express consent to carry it out (for example, for the sending of commercial communications).

Do we share your information with third parties?

We do not share your data to third parties.

What data will we process about you?

Only the data strictly necessary for the purposes described: name, surname, contact telephone number, contact e-mail, company, position, fiscal name, tax name, VAT number, fiscal address.

What rights do you have?

Access, rectify and delete the data provided, as well as oppose certain processing, limit it or request portability. You may exercise these rights by sending an e-mail to info@netexlearning.com with the subject “EXERCISE YOUR RIGHTS”, specifying the specific right you wish to exercise.
