It would seem I have not only joined an exciting organisation that have offered me a fantastic opportunity but also an amazing new sector to work within. Those of you that know me have noticed a change in industry, ‘it’s time to be creative’!
A new challenge
I have decided to take on the challenge of a new venture and expand my expertise in to the world of e-learning. I am now working for Netex (UK) Ltd., who in my eyes are leading the way in e-learning innovation. Coming from a large corporate organisation where I was looking after accounts with multinational companies has given me a valuable insight as to how Netex’s solution can contribute towards both employee and organisational development.
I am able to look at the solutions and see where Netex can support businesses through collaboration and communication, whilst increasing staff morale through training and supporting a company’s return on investment.
Learning the basics
There is no better example of this than looking at my induction period, as well as learning from my new colleagues I have embraced the products and services Netex offer to learn more about the company and the e-learning industry. Multi-device e-learning, Videos, Webinars… I have accessed them all over the first few weeks. These multi-device modules have been great for refreshing my sales skills, as well as learning new ones!
Highlighted below are some of the key areas that have grabbed my attention during my early weeks at Netex…
- Blended Learning 70:20:10 – Netex supports it all!
- Gamification and Open Badges – Recorded Webinar
- Bite-size Learning – learningCoffee
If you require any further information, please do not hesitate to contact me. I may not know it all now but I am learning fast and I have a great team around me!
