Ángel Luis González
Computer engineer and specialist in Big Data and AI applied to the classroom, he built his career in consulting before moving into Vocational Education and Training (VET) teaching at a secondary school in Puertollano. In 2025 he was named among the Top 50 of the Global Teacher Prize and in 2026 he placed second in the Muallem Prize—recognitions that endorse a training model combining student ownership of learning, teamwork, oral communication development, and competency-based assessment. He advocates for a hands-on, employability-focused VET approach and does not delegate to technology what must be learned through human judgment.
