As founder of Habit of Improvement, she focuses on learning strategies that promote growth and wellbeing by harnessing human-centred innovations. In addition to her work in corporate environments, she is founder of the sCooledu foundation through which she reached more than 15,000 children who participated in her workshops on digital citizenship.
